By purchasing tickets, merchandise, or participating in any events organized by Little Rock Lightning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
Ticket Purchases and Use
By using a ticket to any Little Rock Lightning event, the ticket holder (referred to as “Holder”) agrees to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including the risk of property loss, personal injury, and exposure to contagious diseases (such as COVID-19). Holder acknowledges that attending any event poses inherent risks of exposure to contagious diseases and voluntarily assumes all such risks.
2. Waiver of Liability: Holder waives all claims and releases Little Rock Lightning, its member institutions, athletes, coaches, staff, event venues, broadcasters, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities related to contagious diseases, injuries, illness, or death.
3. Health and Safety Compliance: Holder agrees to comply with all health and safety guidelines, including the mandatory wearing of facial coverings unless actively eating or drinking. Non-compliance may result in ejection from the event without refund.
4. Revocation and Ejection: Management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket and eject or refuse entry to any Holder violating these terms, facility rules, engaging in illegal activity, or misconduct.
5. Prohibited Actions: Holder may not enter competition areas, interfere with the event, or bring prohibited items (e.g., weapons, alcohol, video recording devices) into the venue. Violation may result in ejection and other disciplinary actions.
6. Search and Confiscation: Holder consents to searches of person or property and confiscation of prohibited items as a condition of entry.
7. Lost or Stolen Tickets: Tickets reported as lost or stolen may not be honored or replaced.
8. Ticket Requirements: Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the event, unless otherwise specified.
Content and Media Use
1. Content Capture: Holder may capture photos, videos, and other content for personal, non-commercial use only. Live streaming or real-time distribution of event content is prohibited.
2. Commercial Use: Content captured at events may not be used for commercial purposes without official media credentials from Little Rock Lightning.
3. Ownership and Rights: Little Rock Lightning retains all rights to content captured at events. Holder assigns all rights, title, and interest in such content to Little Rock Lightning.
4. Use of Likeness: Holder grants Little Rock Lightning the right to use their image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further authorization or consideration.
Merchandise and Event Policies
1. Sales Finality: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
2. Merchandise Orders: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of returned items.
3. Promotional Use: Tickets may not be used in commercial promotions, sweepstakes, or contests without prior authorization from Little Rock Lightning.
4. Resale Restrictions: Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited unless authorized by Little Rock Lightning. Violations may result in loss of ticket privileges.
General Terms
1. Facility Rules: Holder must adhere to all facility rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in ejection and other disciplinary actions.
2. Relocation of Events: Little Rock Lightning reserves the right to relocate events to other facilities without notice or liability.
3. Limitation of Liability: Little Rock Lightning is not responsible for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
4. Acceptance of Terms: Purchase or use of tickets, merchandise, or participation in events constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Changes to Terms: Little Rock Lightning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
