The Little Rock Lightning (Lightning) was officially launched in 2020 by team owners Jushun and Miya Blackmon. Lightning is a professional basketball team that focuses on providing a professional basketball experience to the Little Rock community, our fans, and business partners. We are determined to support our community and provide a lasting impact. 

Lightning is affiliated with The Basketball League (TBL), a league that is increasingly growing with 40+ teams throughout the U.S.

We offer support and encouragement to our community through appearances at local schools and churches, youth camps, and clinics. Lightning players are provided an opportunity to learn an array of skills including financial literacy, leadership, and teamwork, while playing the game that we all love.
