1. Game Tickets
All sales of game tickets are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for game tickets. Please ensure you check the event details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Tryout Signups
**Cancellations**: We allow cancellations for tryout signups if requested at least 2 weeks before the tryout date.
**Non-Refundable**: Cancellations made within 1 week of the tryout date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Merchandise –
**Order Cancellations**: If you wish to cancel a merchandise order, you may do so before the item has been shipped. Orders cancelled before shipping will be fully refunded.
**Returns**: We accept returns of merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
**Refund Process**: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
4. Other Events, Donations, Sponsorships, and Services
All sales for other events, donations, sponsorships, and services not explicitly listed above are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these purchases.
