Brian Rowsom - Head Coach
Coach Rowsom joined the Little Rock Lightning as head coach in 2024. Before joining the Little Rock Lightning, Rowsom was the head coach for the Lebanon Leprechauns who are also part of The Basketball League.
In 1987 Rowsom was a second-round draft pick for the Indiana Pacers. During his 3 seasons in the NBA, he played for the Pacers and the Charlotte Hornets.
After leaving the NBA, Rowsom played internationally in England, Israel, and Japan.
He has also coached in the Ontario Pro Basketball Association and was named the ABA Coach of the Year in 2005.
He was inducted into the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.
Talia Stringfield - Assistant Coach
Coach Stringfield is a first-year assistant coach under Coach Rowsom.
Stringfield is a graduate of Philander Smith College where she also played basketball and also plays in the She’s Got Game women’s basketball summer league.
Stringfield helps with player development and game strategy.
